J. On May 28, 1976, Clarence R. Miller went to the plaintiffs dealership to pick up his new Dodge station wagon. He signed one form and drove the vehicle a short distance, exchanging cars with his wife. Mr. Miller drove an older car to work while Mrs. Miller returned home with the new car at about 3 p.m. When Mr. Miller returned home his wife informed him that the new car had no spare tire.
