Judith A. Lakomy (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying her penalty petition under Section 430 of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) 1 because Employer failed to timely pay back compensation benefits as ordered by the Board.
