The action was brought to enjoin the levy of a school tax in Gray's Creek Township. A restraining order was granted, and the cause came on before Judge Guion for final hearing, whereupon, after considering the evidence and finding the facts, the judge dissolved the restraining order and directed the commissioners to proceed with the levy of the tax. The following facts were found by the judge:
