In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 12, 1977, which denied its motion to dismiss the complaint on the grounds of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. Order affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. The Frontier Towers Corp. planned to construct a 56-story apartment building in Chicago, Illinois.
