OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Judith Guth, appeals the decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas finding in favor of defendants-appellees, Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corp. ("Allied") and Steve Ellis ("Ellis"), following a trial to the court.
{¶ 2} In response to a radio advertisement, Guth contacted Ellis, a representative or employee of Allied, on or about March 25, 2004, to inquire about obtaining a loan on her real property located at 4445 Happiness Lane in Clermont County.
