WIENER, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-Appellant William Bruce Crain pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography and to using interstate facilities to transmit information about minors. Crain’s plea agreement included a waiver of his appeal and collateral-attack rights. He filed a motion to vacate his sentence, which the district court denied after a hearing.
