This is an appeal by all parties from a judgment after jury verdict in the sum of $500,000 awarded to Kim Gordon, a minor, for injuries resulting from a fall into a swimming pool.

The defendants in the action were Strawther Enterprises, Inc., a corporation (hereafter referred to as Strawther), which was the legal owner of an apartment house complex which had on its premises as attraction to tenants a number of swimming pools.
