MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

J. BRATTON DAVIS, Bankruptcy Judge.

Before the court is the application of Carolyn E. Fleishman-Wilson (debtor) for an order approving the distribution of proceeds, remaining from the sale of the debt- or’s residence, to judgment creditors. However, a dispute has arisen with regard to the order of priority of distribution among the judgment creditors.
