On remand from the Supreme Court of Louisiana, relator’s application for writ of certiorari and prohibition is granted to review the state’s motion to reconsider defendant’s sentence.

After a jury found Joseph Washington guilty of possession of phencyclidine (PCP) in Orleans Parish in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(0(2), the trial court sentenced the defendant on October 26,1993 to ten years at hard labor.
