This is an action of contract by a broker to recover a commission for procuring a mortgage loan. The case was heard by a judge without a jury, who made findings of fact and rulings of law and found for the defendant. The plaintiff excepted to the rulings and decision of the trial judge and to his refusal to grant his requests for rulings.
