Plaintiffs Bonnie Aber-Shukofsky (“Shukofsky”), Dayna Murray (“Murray”), Joyce Patrick (“Patrick”), Paula Klabacha (“Klabacha”), Michelle Holmlund (“Holmlund”) and Victoria Markee (“Markee”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) brought this putative class action on behalf of themselves, and on behalf of individuals similarly situated, against defendants JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
