T1 Plaintiff, Ann Hays, appeals the trial court's order sustaining a motion to enforce a settlement agreement filed by Defendants, Monticello Retirement Estates and Edmond Realty Development Company. Because there are material questions of fact in dispute, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
