— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, the appeal is from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Dickinson, J.), entered March 22, 1983, which vacated the summary suspension of petitioner’s privileges as an anesthesiologist on the staff of appellant St. Agnes Hospital.

Judgment affirmed, with costs.
