On this day came to be heard Defendant Tecom, Incorporated’s Motion for Summary Judgement against Plaintiffs Marcus Muniz and Sylvia Muniz.

I. Jurisdiction.

Because the controversy in question arose under the Constitution and laws of the United States, this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(b) and 28 U.S.C. § 1331.
