This case is before the court for ruling on the Motions for Summary Judgment (# 65, # 66) filed by Defendant Material Sciences Corporation (MSC). Following this court’s careful consideration of the arguments of the parties and the documents provided by the parties, MSC’s Motions for Summary Judgment (# 65, # 66) are GRANTED.
