Industrial National Bank v. Budlong

This civil action seeking instructions concerning two trusts created by Milton J. Budlong, deceased, hereinafter referred to as “decedent,” was certified to this court by the Superior Court pursuant to the provisions of G. L. 1956, §9-24-28, as amended by P. L. 1965, chap. 55, sec. 41.
