This § 1983 action was brought on behalf of Courtney Manbeck (“Courtney” or “plaintiff’) and all others similarly situated, against defendants Katonah-Lewisboro School District (the “District”), Robert Li-chtenfeld, the District superintendent, and James Minihan, the District transportation supervisor.
