The appellant, filed his application in the United States Patent Office for a patent on certain alleged improvements in the driving gear of reciprocating mechanism such as jiggers, shaking conveyors, and the like. But one claim is presented to us for consideration, the others having been canceled, or otherwise disposed of, in the Patent Office, no claim having been allowed.
