OPINION

{¶ 1} This appeal comes for consideration upon the record in the trial court and the parties' briefs. Defendant-Appellant, Shannon Loveless, appeals the decision of the Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas that found Loveless guilty of aggravated robbery, a firearm specification, and carrying a weapon under disability and sentenced him to an aggregate of thirteen years in prison. Loveless's appellate counsel has filed a no-merit brief on appeal and seeks to withdraw as counsel. In that no-merit brief, counsel lists a few issues which he could argue on Loveless's behalf, but…
