On April 23, 2002, pro se plaintiff David Donhauser (“plaintiff’) filed a second amended complaint against defendants (Glenn S. Goord, Commissioner of the New York State Department of Corrections; Martha E. Yourth, CSW Guidance Specialist; Dominic Martinelli, Sex Offender Program Counselor; and S. Carter, S.C.C., Oneida Correctional Facility) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging various violations of his federal/constitutional rights.
