Roy has filed suit against her former employer, Correct Care Solutions, *160LLC ("CCS"), and the Maine Department of Corrections ("MDOC"), with whom CCS contracted to provide healthcare services to inmates at the Maine State Prison in Warren, Maine. She also sues Rodney Bouffard, the prison's Warden, and Troy Ross, the Deputy Warden, in their individual capacities (collectively, the "Defendants").
