This is an original proceeding brought in this court by Grand International Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, an unincorporated voluntary association, and others not necessary to mention, as relators, complaining of Judge H. F. Kirby, Judge of the 77th Judicial District Court of Freestone County; W. H. Marshall; L. A. Latham; J. A. Youngblood and U. L. Hip-pel, and the attorneys for said last named individuals, as respondents, praying that this court issue its writ of prohibition enjoining Judge Kirby and all the respondents from proceeding further in Cause No. 1828-A,…
