Billie Jean Bell was the original plaintiff herein, and after her marriage was joined pro forma by her husband Mack O. Parker in this suit against Traders and General Insurance Company, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association and the Industrial Accident Board of the State of Texas, seeking to recover death benefits under the Workmen’s Compensation Act on account of the accidental death of Henry E.
