This case is before us on a certificate from The Judge Advocate General of the Navy pursuant to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 67(6) (2), 50 USC § 654. He requests our consideration of the decision of the board of review which holds a portion of the sentence imposed on the accused to be illegal. The issue arises out of the following facts and circumstances.
