Trailways, Inc. Joint Council appeals from the district court’s 1 entry of summa ry judgment vacating an arbitration award which had been rendered in its favor. 624 F.Supp. 880. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.

1. BACKGROUND.

Trailways Lines, Inc. (the “Company”), through a system of separate operating companies, is engaged in the business of interstate transportation of passengers and freight by bus.
