This appeal is an appeal from this court’s final order denying plaintiff’s petition to set aside property settlement agreement and open equitable distribution, and an appeal of this court’s order sustaining defendant’s preliminaty objections to petitioner plaintiff’s preliminary objections to petitioner plaintiff’s petition to set aside property settlement agreement and open equitable distribution and cancelling the April 3, 2013 trial date, dated March 26, 2013.
