Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 24, 1976, convicting him of murder in the second degree (felony murder) and two counts of robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence (the sentences imposed on the robbery convictions were to run consecutively to the sentence imposed on the murder conviction).
