NARICK, Senior Judge.
Joseph T. Skehan appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of the 26th Judicial District, Columbia County Branch. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
Skehan, a nontenured associate professor of economics at Bloomsburg State College (BSC), was notified that his contract would not be renewed beyond the 1970-71 academic year. However, during the fall of 1970, Skehan was dismissed for failure to comply with certain academic directives.
