OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice.

The State appeals from the trial court’s grant of appellee Cynthia Priddy’s motion to suppress the evidence obtained as a result of an interaction between appellee and a Burkburnett police officer at appel-lee’s parked, running vehicle, in this prosecution for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI), enhanced with a prior misdemeanor DWI. We reverse the trial court’s order of suppression and remand this case for trial.
