The defendant, Ton James, was convicted of the crime of grand larceny. He seeks by this appeal to obtain a reversal of the judgment upon the following grounds: because, (1) the evidence is not sufficient to sustain the verdict, (2) the circuit court permitted the introduction of incompetent testimony, and (3) the attorney for the State made an improper argument to the jury.
