— The return day named in the writ of error in this case is December 26th, 1917. The record was filed on January 28th,. 1918, but the breif for plaintiffs in error was not filed until November 1st, 1918, the brief on behalf of the State being filed on January 22nd, 1919. The case has therefore just been made ready for consideration and disposition by the court.
