I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is a Motion for Reconsideration filed by the City of Malden (the “City”). The City seeks reconsideration of an order of this Court entered on October 2, 2009 pursuant to which the Court found the City in contempt for violating the automatic stay by failing to take necessary and appropriate action to enable Ouadia Bererhout and Jennifer Fiorita (the “Debtors”) to renew their motor vehicle registration with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”).
