In 2008, Applicant Jeremy Wade Pue was convicted by a jury of the third degree felony offense of evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.1 He was sentenced as a habitual offender because his sentence was enhanced by two California felony convictions-one from 2002 and the other from 2007.
