Defendants and appellants Flowers and Sons Development Corporation, Jannan Construction, Inc., Stan Flowers and Stan Flowers Company, Inc., appeal from the judgment dismissing their petition for writ of prohibition. They contend on appeal that (1) their petition for writ of prohibition was not prematurely filed; and (2) the municipal court lacked jurisdiction over respondent’s amended com plaint.
