LOKEN, Circuit Judge.

Derrick Taylor pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm in September 2015. In his plea agreement and at sentencing, consistent with Eighth Circuit precedent, Taylor conceded that he had three or more prior convictions for a "violent felony" as defined in the Armed Career Criminal Act ("ACCA"), making him subject to the ACCA's mandatory minimum fifteen-year sentence.
