I. INTRODUCTION
The matters before the Court are 1) the “Motion for Summary Judgment Submitted by Defendant Lawrence Savings Bank” and 2) the “Opposition of Jillian K. Aylward, Chapter 7 Trustee to Motion for Summary Judgment Submitted by Defendant Lawrence Savings Bank and Cross Motion for Summary Judgment.” On September 19, 1996, the Court held a hearing and took the matter under advisement.
