The Boyal League, a fraternal benevolent Association existing under the laws of this State, filed its bill of interpleader, in which appellant and Sarah A. We think the crucial, decisive question for our determination is: Was Frieda Wassman within the meaning of the law of this State and of the Boyal League dependent upon Michael Shields ? If she was, the decree must be sustained; if she was not, the decree must be reversed and the money deposited by the Boyal League be ordered paid to appellant.
