Barnes, Judge.

Following the denial of his motion for new trial, Kenneth Earl Bishop appeals his jury conviction for two counts of aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, asserting that the evidence was insufficient, his indictment was void, he was not informed of his right not to testify, and ineffective assistance of counsel. Having examined each of these issues and discerning no error, we affirm.
