Baker Tanks, Inc. v. Construction Management Trust, Inc.

This is essentially an appeal by only two of the defendants, Bruce Ross (“Ross”) and Paul Murphy (“Murphy”), of the allowance of the motion for summary judgment filed by the plaintiff, Baker Tanks, Inc. (“Baker”). The complaint alleged that in 2002, Baker and defendant C & B Construction Management Trust, Inc.
