This suit was instituted by the plaintiffs, Joseph W. Marshall and Lawrence C. Marshall, for an accounting by the defendant, Charles R. Frazier, of all assets coming into his possession or under his control as trustee for the said plaintiffs. From a decree fixing and determining the amount of the trust estate, the trustee’s compensation and fees to his attorney, the plaintiffs have taken this appeal.
