PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF CIVIL APPEALS
This Court has granted the plaintiff Tom Boyette's petition for review of a decision of the Court of Civil Appeals. See Boyette v. Jefferson County, [Ms. 2970307, April 17, 1998] ___ So.2d ___ (Ala.Civ.App. 1998). The petition asserts that the decision of the Court of Civil Appeals conflicts with Ex parte Averyt, 487 So.2d 912 (Ala. 1986), and other cases.
