Defendants have moved to dismiss plaintiffs complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on the ground that plaintiff has failed to state a claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1985, 42 U.S.C. § 1983-, the Fourth Amendment, and the Due Process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Defendants also seek an order prohibiting plaintiff from filing any additional actions against defendants that are based on the allegations contained in the instant complaint.
