MATTER BEFORE THE COURT

This matter comes before the Court on the motion of judgment creditors, Shalom Almog and Irit Almog and Ben Ami Geller (collectively “Judgement Creditors”) to dismiss Celia Shar’s and Marilyn Ziemke’s (the “Debtors”) Chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions for cause pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1112(b), as bad faith filings intended to frustrate the legitimate efforts of the Judgment Creditors and alternatively, for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d), to enable the Judgment Creditors to pursue state court remedies,…
