MEMORANDUM

I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the “Motion of KAC Associates, LLC and Brian Conefrey to Compel Compliance with State Court Order or, in the Alternative, to Dismiss the Case or Grant Relief from Stay” (the “Motion to Compel”). Pursuant to the Motion to Compel, KAC Associates, LLC (“KAC”) and Brain Conefrey (“Cone-frey”)(collectively, “KAC”) primarily seek an order compelling this Court to give effect to a final, non-appealable judgment of the Massachusetts Superior Court, Department of the Trial Court, dated October II, 2005.
