Plaintiff Gary Wallace (‘Wallace”) brings this instant action against defendant School Board of Orange County (the “School Board”) alleging that he was terminated in retaliation for making statements on behalf of a co-worker’s race discrimination charge. Plaintiff claims that his termination violates 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (“ § 1983”); Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (West 1997) (“Title VII”); the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 (“FCRA”); and Sections 112.3187 and 448.102, Florida Statutes.
