The plaintiffs’ complaint, filed on February 27, 1956, alleged that the defendants had combined and conspired unreasonably to restrain and monopolize the marketing and sale of fresh citrus and deciduous fruits in the New England area by imposing and exacting from buyer customers at the wholesale produce auction maintained by the defendant H.
