This is a workers’ compensation case. The injured worker appeals from a no-evidence summary judgment granted in favor of the Carrier. The Carrier moved for summary judgment on several grounds, and the trial court granted summary judgment without specifying the basis for its ruling. In both his response to the motion for summary judgment and his brief in. this Court, the injured worker addressed only one of the grounds raised by the Carrier. The law is clear.
