The plaintiff brought the present action alleging three separate causes of action: The first is labeled “Age Discrimination” and cites 29 U.S.C. § 621 ADEA; the second is labeled “Violation of Right to Privacy” and cites 5 U.S.C. § 552(a): and the third is labeled “Retaliation” and cites 42 U.S.C. § 12203.
