OPINION
SHIRLEY W. BUTTS, Justice.
Joseph Edward White appeals his convictions for aggravated robbery, aggravated sexual assault, and aggravated kidnapping. After finding appellant guilty of each offense, the jury assessed the punishments at imprisonment for 50 years, 90 years, and 75 years respectively.
In his sole point of error appellant contends that the trial court erred in failing to declare a mistrial after the State’s improper jury argument at the guilVinnocence phase of the trial. The sole point of error is overruled and the judgments are affirmed.
