HARVEY, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of rape, aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon, burglary, and communication of a threat in violation of Articles 120, 128, 129, and 184, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 920, 928, 929, and 934 [hereinafter UCMJ], on 2 November 1996.
